Francis X. Masse II, AIF^®, CFM, ARPC | Managing Partner

Frank began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1999 and became a part of The Sarian Group, now 2/13 Strategic Partners, in 2003. While at Merrill Lynch, Frank was approved in the Personal Investment Advisory^® (PIA) Program for specially qualified Financial Advisors. As a Portfolio Manager in this program, he built customized portfolio strategies, as well as provided traditional advice and guidance. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Frank was a Partner and COO at his family's construction firm in Philadelphia for eight years.

A graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance, Frank is an avid outdoorsman with interests in big-game fishing, trapshooting and golf. Frank is also U.S.C.G licensed Captain and currently holds a 100 Ton Masters License. He enjoys hosting a limited number of offshore fishing charters out of Southern, NJ on weekends. Frank lives in Newtown Square with his wife, Wendy, and has two sons, Peter and Jack.

Frank joined Hightower in 2013 as a Managing Director and Partner.
