Morgan Buswell joined 2/13 Strategic Partners in 2016 and has since played a pivotal role in the practice. As the overseer of human capital ("people solutions"), Morgan is dedicated to driving team growth by fostering personal development, identifying new opportunities, and nurturing strong client relationships. She is closely involved in the business development process, collaborating with the advisor team to support and enhance growth initiatives.

In addition to her human capital responsibilities, Morgan is instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies. These strategies are designed to boost the team’s brand visibility and effectively communicate client initiatives. Her efforts ensure that the team maintains a strong presence and continues to build lasting client partnerships and enhance the overall client experience.

Morgan's academic background includes a degree from Eastern University in Radnor, PA. Originally from Upstate New York, she brings a distinctive perspective and a wealth of experience to her role at 2/13 Strategic Partners.
